  • When will my order ship?

    Currently, all items in-store are PREORDER. Pre-orders will close in October and orders will be sent to our manufacturing partners. Orders will then be packed and shipped as items arrive and are ready.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes!

    Due to USPS restrictions, however, we cannot currently mail to the following countries:

    Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Gaza Strip, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Niue, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Ukraine or Yemen.

    Customs fees, VAT fees, or other international import fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. I apologize, but at this time, I do not have access to offering Direct-Duties-Paid shipping options.

  • Will these items be available after October 12th?

    Our online storefront will temporarily close after this round of pre-orders to ensure our focus on the production, quality-checking, and fulfillment of the orders collected.

    Leftovers of stock ordered on this round will be made available in limited quantities at conventions once the items are in-hand.

    The store will reopen at a later date, after fulfillment of this round of orders. Please keep an eye on my social media for store opening and closure updates!

  • I need to update my shipping address!

    Message Body: [Please include the previously input address for confirmation, and then PLEASE specify the new address you want it shipped to! Be sure to include ALL parts of the address: Name, Address line, Unit/Apt number, City, State, Postal/ZIP Code, and Country!]

  • I think I may need to exchange my sizes.

    Things happen!

    We highly, highly recommend comparing the listed measurements of our manufacturer-provided size chart to the measurements of an existing piece of clothing you own to help determine size and fit before ordering.

    If you receive the item and it is a size different than the one you ordered, please email me with photos of your size tag and your Order Number for reference to nealillustrator.help@gmail.com.

    If you received the correct size you ordered, but find the item does not fit, please email me your concern at nealillustrator.help@gmail.com

  • I need to cancel my order!

    To cancel your order, please email me at nealillustrator.help@gmail.com with the following information:

    To confirm your identity, please reach out using the same email you placed the order with. If this is not possible, please mention the email address in the body of your message.

    Subject Line: Order [YOUR NUMBER HERE] Cancellation
    Message Body: [In this section, please confirm the name on the order, the order number once again, and the email associated to the order so we can ensure it is indeed you asking to cancel!]

    Refunds will take 5-10 business days to process back to your method of payment.

    Please note that once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated, and if your situation changes and you wish to keep your order, you will need to place the order again.

    It's not possible to issue a refund for store credit.

    When refunding PayPal orders, you have up to 180 days to ask to cancel. For Afterpay or Clearpay orders, you have 120 days from purchase date to request to cancel.

  • I keep getting a card error! What gives?

    There may be a few reasons you’re having trouble placing your order through card:

    International orders: If you are placing your order from outside of the United States, your bank may be trying to protect you from making a large purchase online to another country. This is normal! Please allow 24 hours for processing, or reach out to your bank to verify that yes, you are the one attempting the transaction.
    Card limit: While this is a pre-order, the charge is processed at the time of ordering. If your card is at or near its limit at the time you attempt to place the order, you may encounter errors. Remember, you have until October 12th to place your order! If you need to wait a little longer to ensure the card processes correctly, there is no need for panic, as these items will not sell-out during the pre-order period.
    Payment processor errors: If you have verified the above and are still encountering an error, there may be some incorrect information typed somewhere, or our payment processing partner may be encountering a system error. If you are able, please try another method of payment, such as using PayPal to run the card information, and see if that helps!

    If none of the above solutions work, please use the form on this page to explain your issue and the steps you’ve tried so that we can work together to troubleshoot and solve the issue. Thank you for your patience!

  • I'm purchasing from outside of the United States. How does currency conversion work?

    As we care based in the United States, our store operates in USD. The store pages and check-out screen will display prices in USD. At this time, our web-host does not offer a way to convert the displayed price to your currency of choice at check-out, however we are waiting on an update scheduled for August or September that may include this feature!

    Our card processing partner, Stripe, and PayPal both handle currency conversion during the checkout process. Your payment will be converted from your currency to USD at checkout. For current conversion rates, and to confirm if you have any additional conversion fees, please reach out to your card issuer for their policies.

  • Where is my Patreon goodie bag?

    Patreon goods are mailed in the following month. For example, if you are subscribed in January, the January goodie bag will mail to you in February.

    For Patreon postage updates, please check the #Postal-Updates channel in the Patreon-exclusive Discord server!

  • Do you take commissions?

    I accept general commissions through VGen!

    Please check my VGen profile here for current rates and availability.

    I do ask that you please provide as much info as you can into the form and not email me details separately to prevent details from being lost.

  • Can I draw fanart of your Famtheon designs?

    Fanart, yes! I would love to see your works, and you can tag me @Neal-Illustrator on whatever platform you share it on. If you would like to mail in traditional works, I have a fan-mail PO box!

    However, I do ask that you do not make and sell merchandise with my designs. I would much rather see your original designs if you are going to make merch! Please refrain from selling buttons, prints, keychains, standees, or other items using my character designs.
